Boudin balls and sausage poboy from Bergeron's, Port Allen, LA



The boudin ball held aloft to the horizon like the celestial thing it is, and the sausage poboy wherein some chow-cow alchemy takes place among the mustard, pickles, onions and fresh sausage.

Afterwards, Matt and I hit the adjacent market to peruse the meat porn. I am convinced a DVD of slowly panning footage of the meat counters here would sell.
