I was about to suggest Nick Lowe team up with Burt Bacharach and Charlie Haden to do a bunch of Dusty Springfield songs, but then I was made hip to the Bacharach/Dr. Dre matchups on Burt's 2005 album. The masters of smooth are way ahead of me in the wild idea department.
